E | 辩方律师也称，被告之前犯下的交通违规行为如闯红灯，是因为需要赶去医院处理紧急情况。

F | 律师指出，被告事发当天为一名孕妇接生，孕妇出现情况复杂的阴道撕裂。他在病人情况稳定之后赴约为朋友庆生，之后接到医院来电说病人出现意外失血，需要进行输血。

G | 律师称，被告安排为病人进行输血，自己无需回到医院，但他一直惦记着病患。律师也说，此次事件令被告彻底反省，他也给予了受影响的人士全额赔偿。
