Under Lasso's watch, violent deaths soared, reaching 4,600 in 2022, the country’s highest in history and double the total in 2021. The National Police tallied 3,568 violent deaths in the first half of 2023.“Security affects us all, and whether poor or rich, no one is safe from criminals anymore,” housewife Ximena Flores said ahead of the runoff election. “Do you think that a new president will be able to do something in such a short time? I think not. It will be a new disappointment for everyone.”The spike in violence is tied to cocaine trafficking. Mexican, Colombian and Balkan cartels have set roots in Ecuador and operate with assistance from local criminal gangs.Voting is mandatory in Ecuador for people ages 18 through 64. Those who don’t comply face a fine of about $45. Polls were to close in late afternoon, and results were expected Sunday evening.Noboa and González, both of whom have served short stints as lawmakers, advanced to the runoff by finishing ahead of six other candidates in the election’s first round Aug. 22.Noboa, 35, is an heir to a fortune built on Ecuador’s main crop, bananas. His political career began in 2021, when he won a seat in the National Assembly and chaired its Economic Development Commission. He opened an event organizing company when he was 18 and then joined his father’s Noboa Corp., where he held management positions in the shipping, logistics and commercial areas.González, 45, held various government jobs during the decade-long presidency of Rafael Correa, her mentor, and was a lawmaker until May. She was unknown to most voters until Correa’s party picked her as its presidential candidate. 三 | 一年后,Oryon从PC平台跨到了手机上,骁龙8至尊版搭载第二代Oryon CPU,放弃了此前移动平台沿用多年的Kryo架构,2颗超级内核主频飙到4.32GHz,6颗性能内核3.53GHz,单核性能较前代提升45%,能效提升44%。 到了2025年骁龙峰会上的第三代Oryon CPU则同时覆盖PC和移动两条线,PC端的骁龙X2 Elite系列采用台积电N3P工艺,最高18核配置,最高主频触及5.0GHz。 移动端的第五代骁龙8至尊版同样搭载第三代Oryon CPU,2颗超级内核主频提升至4.6GHz,6颗性能内核主频为3.62GHz。 如今随着2026年骁龙峰会在即,高通提前揭开了新一代骁龙旗舰移动平台Oryon CPU的一角。 突破5GHz:移动CPU频率天花板被捅穿 高通在最新博客文章中确认,下一代骁龙旗舰移动平台搭载的全新Qualcomm Oryon CPU,最高主频将超过5GHz,这是移动SoC历史上首次有CPU核心突破这一门槛。 5GHz这个频率在PC端并不新鲜,但移动平台要做到这件事,难度完全不同,毕竟手机散热空间有限,功耗预算卡得死死的,制程工艺的红利吃到一定程度后,频率每提升0.1GHz可能都要付出不成比例的功耗代价。 高通之所以能突破5GHz,靠的不是制程单点发力,而是Oryon架构本身的设计底子。 由于Oryon CPU是完全定制的处理器,每一项微架构特性都由高通自主调校,每个核心拥有独立的时钟域,可以单独进行频率扩展。 这种设计思路在骁龙X2系列上已经验证过,X2 Elite的5.0GHz就是两个超级内核独立提频实现的,现在这套机制被搬到了移动平台上,让手机SoC也能触及5GHz以上的频率区间。 不过频率只是CPU性能的一个维度,真正决定用户体验的,是频率与IPC(每时钟周期指令数)的结合,如果IPC拉跨,频率再高实际性能表现照样拉跨。 Oryon架构从第一代就开始就在IPC上下功夫,大容量L1指令缓存、高效分支预测、低延迟执行流水线,这些微架构层面的积累让Oryon的IPC表现始终处于领先位置。5GHz的频率叠加出色的IPC,能让APP在用户触碰的瞬间打开、网页滑动不掉帧、游戏高负载场景不卡顿。 FlexCache:把缓存池从分割变成共享 IPC性能有一个关键性的影响因素,那就是缓存,这也是新一代Oryon CPU架构变革的另一个重点。 传统多核CPU中,如果核心需要的数据不在对应缓存里,就必须去系统内存中取,这个时间差就是延迟的来源,工作负载越大、数据集越复杂,缓存命中率就越关键。Oryon CPU每个核心中的大容量L1指令缓存可避免CPU的周期浪费,L2缓存则集成在CPU内,可通过极低的时延访问更大的缓存池。 高通还在新一代Oryon CPU中引入了全新的FlexCache缓存架构,最核心变化是把L2缓存统一为一个所有核心都能直接访问的共享缓存池,并且可以动态调整分配。 这样做最大好处就是当某个超级内核需要处理大工作集任务时,它可以调用整个缓存池,不用担心数据溢出导致性能下降,峰值性能可以持续稳定输出,而不是跑一阵子就因为缓存不够而掉速。 在全行业内存短缺的大背景下,这一技术的意义更是被放大了。

四 | FlexCache减少了核心访问系统内存的频率,即使在内存受限的情况下,也能维持性能表现,这对手机这种内存带宽和功耗都受限的设备来说,价值不言而喻。 为智能体时代而生 把5GHz主频和FlexCache缓存架构放在一起,就会发现它们指向同一个目标:面向智能体时代的旗舰终端。 智能体AI和传统AI应用最大的区别在于,智能体不是执行单一任务,而是管理一连串任务。用户向手机发出一条指令,背后可能转化为一个包含多个步骤的执行计划,这个计划会在整个CPU中流转,规划、调用工具、跨核心交接、多任务并行。

五 | 这就对核心CPU提出了全新的要求,第一,频率要够高,确保Agent能立即响应,用户不用等。第二,缓存架构要够灵活,因为智能体的任务会在不同核心之间迁移,数据集必须跟着走,如果每次核心交接都要从内存重新加载数据,延迟就会累积。 新一代Oryon CPU超过5GHz的主频确保单步任务执行足够快,FlexCache确保任务在核心间切换时数据不丢失。

六 | 两者协同工作,才能让搭载下一代骁龙旗舰移动平台的终端真正满足智能体时代的体验需求。
